Job Description:
A company is looking for a Software Quality Assurance Analyst to
enhance their software QA team.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct ongoing functional testing of web-based applications and
document production software
Create detailed test plans and test cases, and manage defect
reporting and tracking
Provide 2nd tier customer support and contribute ideas to improve
testing processes
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in software quality assurance
Proven capability in test planning, test case creation, and
documentation
Familiarity with the Waterfall development methodology
Experience with Atlassian JIRA or similar project management
software
Bachelor's degree in computer science, MIS, or a related field is
preferred
