Affairs team (MT CPA) team is seeking a senior communications
manager to oversee U.S. communication and public affairs for
J&J MedTech's Electrophysiology business. The role is based in

Senior Manager, Commercial Communications, you will help to create
and implement communication strategies and integrated PR programs
to support the business objectives for the U.S. Electrophysiology
business, protecting and enhancing reputation for Johnson & Johnson
MedTech and our industry-leading electrophysiology portfolio. This
position works closely with Regional Commercial Marketing and
Professional Education teams to deliver impactful executive
communications and PR programs with trade and consumer media,
targeted to employees, electrophysiologists and patients in the
U.S. This role reports to the Director, Product & Pipeline
Communications, Electrophysiology.Thriving on a diverse company

employer.Responsibilities:
- Partner closely with U.S. marketing teams to drive results for
communications strategies by aligning business objectives with
stakeholder needs to produce tangible actions with measurable
results.
- Serve as lead day-to-day contact for product-related
communications with U.S. media, including proactive trade and
consumer media outreach and responding to media inquiries
- Develops communications intended for various external
audiences, to include briefs, key messages, press releases, social
media posts, and video scripts.
- Support execution of communications plans for Electrophysiology
presence at major industry meetings and conventions, including
product and data presentations and social media, and provide
communications support for some stage/podium presentations
- Support development of internal and organizational
communications plans in support of the US Commercial Leadership
Team, organizational changes and announcements, impacting the U.S.
organization, in close collaboration with sales force effectiveness
lead
- Contribute U.S. regional content to corporate digital and
social media properties to drive share of voice and achieve
business objectives
- Help manage the reputation and equity of J&J MedTech and
its product brands through the anticipation of issues and
appropriate management of them
- Partner with global communications colleagues, including other
regional communicators, global communicators, and internal
communications team to highlight and showcase U.S. brand
activations, organizational news and leadership communications
- Develops methods for reporting mechanisms to achieve accurate
reporting on functional as well as tactical performance of external
communications strategies.
- Collaborate with enterprise, other regional and sector
colleagues to drive broad awareness and impact of communications
strategies
- Integrates Johnson & Johnson's Credo and Leadership Imperatives
into team goals and decision making.Qualifications:
- Required: Minimum of a bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in communications, brand or
marketing role
- Experience working with social media and/or digital
- Prior work in medical device, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or
consumer health fields
- Experience in delivering measurable business outcomes for
consumer-facing PR programs
- Experience counseling senior leaders on business opportunities,
communications objectives, strategy and message
- Experience managing branded PR campaigns, media relations and
issues management
- Experience working in a matrix environment and driving results
through influence
- Demonstrates expert judgment in launching new products and is
sought after as an expert
- Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced
environment
- Demonstrated ability to oversee agency partners
- Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguous situations

range for this position is :120,000 - 204,000Additional Description

compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is

targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's
performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded
at the Company's discretion on an individual basis. Employees

including Floating Holidays - up to 13 days per calendar year of
