Job Description:
A company is looking for a Renewals Account Representative to
assist in customer renewals and maximize usage of their
services.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and refine a global renewal process to minimize churn and
maximize customer engagement
Qualify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with
field sales teams
Identify customers with high potential for churn and create
strategies to address their needs
Qualifications
Experience managing customer accounts
Background in the security industry
Familiarity with Salesforce.com and its ecosystem
Results-oriented with strong time management skills
Ability to engage customers with valid business reasons
