Job Description:
A company is looking for an Intake Specialist to facilitate the
background investigation process.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the initial point of contact for incoming background check
requests and ensure accurate data capture
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth handoffs and
consistency in service delivery
Maintain accurate records of case intake activities in the case
management system
Qualifications
1+ years of experience in an intake, customer service, or
administrative role
Experience in healthcare, social services, legal, or background
screening industries is a plus
Proficiency with technology; experience with case management
systems or CRM software is a plus
Ability to adapt to evolving processes and priorities in a dynamic
work environment
