Job Description:
A company is looking for an Interior Designer to conduct design
work for new and existing homes in their portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct interior design work for new homes and refresh existing
properties
Develop unique concept and schematic designs for owner-facing
presentations
Collaborate with cross-functional partners on design audits,
budget, and logistics
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Interiors or Architecture (NCIDQ / CID
preferred)
5+ years of professional experience in high-end residential and/or
hospitality design
Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD; experience with SketchUp Pro and
Rhino preferred
Extensive knowledge of furniture, architecture, and current design
trends
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and G-Suite programs
required
