Job Description:
A company is looking for a Follow Up Associate II to investigate
and resolve denied accounts in a healthcare setting.
Key Responsibilities
Review account information and document collection activities
Work with insurance payers to resolve complex processing issues and
denials
Conduct root cause analysis of trending issues and escalate
unresolved matters
Required Qualifications
Experience in follow-up, billing, or related revenue cycle
roles
Comprehensive analytical and critical thinking skills
Ability to exercise independent judgment in complex
environments
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
Minimal assistance needed to resolve accounts independently
