Key Responsibilities
Manage incoming and outgoing calls to enhance customer
experience
Process and pay long-term care claims while adhering to policies
and guidelines
Collaborate with various teams to provide insights and support in
claims handling
Required Qualifications and Education
High school diploma or military experience
Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Experience in the insurance industry preferred
Bachelor's or Associate degree preferred
