Job Description:
A company is looking for a Governance & Control Specialist -
AMCB 1B Financial Crimes Testing.
Key Responsibilities
Manage governance and control activities for financial crimes
testing, ensuring compliance with AML/CTF, Sanctions, and
Anti-Bribery guidelines
Conduct independent testing and support documentation to ensure
operational risk and compliance requirements are met
Lead cross-functional teams and projects, providing technical
expertise and guidance on complex issues
Required Qualifications
Undergraduate degree preferred
7+ years of relevant experience in governance, risk, and control
functions
Advanced knowledge of risk and control procedures and
strategies
Experience in audit or testing, particularly in AML and
Sanctions
Ability to mentor and manage performance within a team
environment
