A company is looking for a People Operations Generalist to
enhance operational efficiencies and employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
Implement and optimize HR processes for smooth operations
Manage key HR programs including onboarding, offboarding, and
employee engagement
Advise leaders on employee relations and compliance with employment
laws
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or
related field preferred
3+ years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a generalist
capacity
Solid knowledge of HR processes and employment laws
Proven experience in handling employee relations and performance
management
Data-driven approach with the ability to translate metrics into
actionable insights
