Job Description:
A company is looking for a Global Benefits Associate for a
6-month fixed-term contract in Madrid, Spain.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the administration and coordination of employee benefits
across various countries
Maintain accurate records of benefits enrollments, changes, and
terminations
Monitor compliance with local benefits regulations and assist with
reporting
Required Qualifications
1-2 years of experience in benefits administration or HR within a
global environment
Understanding of international benefits programs and local
compliance requirements
Qualifications in Benefits, Human Resources, Business
Administration or a related field
Comfortable learning new software and tools quickly
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
