• Required Certifications: NRP, BLS, STABLE preferred, ACLS preferred, PALS preferred, EFM preferred, Chemotherapy certification preferred

  • **3 -4 night shift NICU nurses through mid to late January that they could master book**

    • Job Requirements
    • 1 year recent exp in specialty
    • AHA BLS NRP
    • Float to less or like specialties where needed and qualified
    • EPIC experience required
    • LA Fire card must get within 30 days (can sub without)
    • NICU I- III
    • Neonates 24+ weeks
    • Management of ventilated patient
    • Arterial line management
    • Umbilical/central line management
    • Recognition and management of dysrhythmias
    • Management of IV drips
    • Tube feeding
    • Neonatal abstinence syndrome (withdrawal) protocol
    • Isolation precautions
    • ECMO preferred
    • ICP Monitoring preferred
    • Attend high-risk deliveries preferred
    • Computerized documentation
    • Nurse to patient ratios 1:1 - 2+
      • Schedule Information
      • 12-hour shifts
        • Additional Details
        • Charting system: Epic
        • 3-month separation
        • Candidate is responsible for completing up to 10 hours of Providence and specialty specific modules, independently before candidate will be cleared to work
