Operations to enhance strategies for the Customer Success team.
Key Responsibilities
Manage Salesforce implementation, expansion, and ongoing adoption
for efficiency and accuracy
Oversee sales pipeline management, reporting, and deal stage
qualification
Develop and deliver training on Salesforce and sales tools for team
members
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business management, finance, or a related
field
Proven experience in leading sales operations in a high-growth SaaS
environment
Strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of sales
performance metrics
Proficient in Salesforce and sales automation tools
Self-starter with a collaborative mindset for continuous
improvement
