Job Description:

A company is looking for a Medical Director to oversee patient care and provider services.

Key Responsibilities

Provide virtual palliative care and supervise provider staff
Establish and maintain patient care protocols and quality improvement programs
Collaborate with clinical staff for personal development and training opportunities

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience; 5+ years preferred
Valid California professional license to practice medicine
Current American Board of Specialties (ABMS) eligibility; board certified within two years of hire
Valid DEA certificate
Previous management experience of people and teams
