Key Responsibilities
Manage forecasting, scheduling, work routing, and service level
management
Evaluate staffing needs and make necessary adjustments based on

Develop policies and procedures for the workforce department
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience, preferably in Workforce Management
Experience in long-range planning and real-time service level
management
Ability to analyze work performance against company objectives
Understanding of translating business requirements into system
requirements
