Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Implementation to oversee
the implementation process and manage technician teams.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end management of the implementation process, ensuring
timely hardware fulfillment and installation
Manage and develop internal and external technician teams to
achieve installation goals
Create and maintain detailed reports on implementation progress and
collaborate with cross-functional teams
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in implementation, project management, or
technical operations roles
At least 3 years in a leadership or management capacity
Strong background in hardware/software installations and technical
troubleshooting
Expertise in coordinating complex projects involving multiple
stakeholders
Proficiency in using HubSpot and project management software
