Join the team at Breakthrough Sports as the Director of Youth Volleyball and make a difference in the lives of young athletes! Job Responsibilities: Develop and implement youth volleyball programming in South Orange County including leagues, training and after school Provide coaching and mentorship to young athletes Organize and oversee game day operations Promote player development and sportsmanship Manage a small team of volleyball coaches Qualifications: Experience in playing and coaching volleyball Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work with youth athletes of all skill levels High energy Passionate about volleyball Pay: The Director of Youth Volleyball will earn $25-$30 an hour.
