Regional Coding Manager

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Regional Coding Manager to oversee coding operations for hospitals and hospital systems.

Key Responsibilities

Manage performance, productivity, and quality targets of site managers and coding teams
Monitor coding metrics, including cost, DNFB performance, and QA targets
Coordinate training and onboarding of new hires to ensure compliance with productivity and quality standards

Required Qualifications

Coding certification: RHIA, RHIT, CCS, or CPC
3 years of healthcare management leadership experience
3 years of coding experience
Experience analyzing large quantities of operational data
Global management experience preferred (offshore)
