A company is looking for a Sr. Director, Resident Solutions
Marketing (B2C).
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute multi-channel, direct-to-resident marketing
campaigns
Lead a team to enhance resident experience through automated and
personalized communications
Drive strategy and performance tracking for campaigns, ensuring
compliance and optimization
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a
related field
10+ years of experience in consumer marketing, including leadership
roles
Proven track record in generating demand for consumer products
through B2C or B2B2C marketing
Experience with consumer engagement technology and data-driven
marketing strategies
Ability to manage multiple initiatives and deadlines
effectively
