Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Community Policy to
develop policies addressing fraud across its platform.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee community policies related to trust and fraud
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to operationalize policy
initiatives
Utilize data and research to evaluate and revise policies as
needed
Required Qualifications
10-15 years of experience in a Policy, Legal, or Trust and Safety
role
Prior leadership experience in addressing fraud issues in an
international context
Experience developing and implementing effective policies
Strong leadership capabilities with a proven track record of
managing complex issues
Ability to work independently and under pressure
