Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate Director, FP&A to join
their Financial Planning and Analysis team.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the FP&A point of contact for the business area,
producing financial reports and conducting variance analysis
Build and maintain financial forecast models and publish annual
budgets and monthly forecasts
Collaborate with various teams to improve financial reporting tools
and ensure accurate forecasting
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related
field
3-4 years of FP&A experience or relevant finance role with
substantial financial modeling experience
Experience with Workday and Adaptive Insights
Extensive experience using Microsoft Excel
Experience in the healthcare space or operational analytics
preferred
