Development.
Key Responsibilities
Manage recruitment processes for physicians, hospitals, and
ancillary providers in assigned regions
Analyze data to define goals and metrics for the network
Collaborate with internal departments and providers to ensure
contract compliance and manage relationships
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Health Administration, Business
Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience
4+ years of experience in provider recruitment, contracting, or
provider relations
Knowledge of network development processes and principles of
negotiation
Experience with health system, hospital, and ancillary contracting,
including behavioral health
Must reside in the state of North Carolina
