drive operational efficiency through collaboration with business
and IT.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and monitor key performance metrics and implement
improvement plans
Supervise direct reports, assign workloads, and provide
coaching
Ensure compliance of business processes with state and federal
guidelines
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field
4+ years of experience in process improvement, business analysis,
or project management
Preferred certifications in Organizational Change Management, Six
Sigma, or PMP
Experience in organizational change management or customer journey
mapping
Familiarity with financial optimization and governance
practices
