Job Description:
A company is looking for a Corporate Compliance Director to
drive a culture of integrity and oversee the compliance
program.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct periodic compliance risk assessments and develop policies
to mitigate risks
Create and deliver educational activities to promote compliance
awareness and culture
Manage compliance investigations and establish communication
channels for reporting non-compliance
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
10+ years of experience in compliance or as an in-house
attorney
5+ years of experience in the healthcare or tech industry
5+ years of experience advising executive leaders
Proven experience in leading risk assessments and managing
third-party risks
