Job Description:
A company is looking for an Intake Care Manager to work remotely
in a full-time capacity.
Key Responsibilities:
Complete structured intakes and supportive documentation with
patients
Assess patients for risk and develop safety plans as necessary
Produce high-quality documentation to facilitate patient
treatment
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:
Master's Degree in psychology, social work, nursing, or a related
field
Three or more years of experience in clinical settings or
behavioral health
Comfort with psychiatric medications, DSM-IV diagnostic criteria,
and ICD10 codes
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with EHR
systems
Bilingual in English/Spanish is preferred but not required
