Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr. Manager, Partner Benefits to
connect employer partners with medical benefits and services for
employees.
Key Responsibilities
Guide clients in selecting appropriate insurance products and
confirm coverage
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and
facilitate benefits for corporate clients
Ensure compliance with regulations and oversee program development
for continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of provider-facing healthcare
experience
Strong understanding of healthcare systems, managed care, and
provider networks
Experience with healthcare databases or CRM systems
Ability to adapt and leverage technology for process
improvement
Experience in value-based care frameworks and performance
monitoring
