Rewards.
Key Responsibilities
Define goals and strategies for in-game economy, rewards, and
progression systems
Collaborate with Design and Engineering teams to implement
effective systems
Model and assess player and business performance to continuously
improve the game economy
Required Qualifications
Experience with in-game economies or progression systems in live
service games
Proven business acumen with strategic and analytical
capabilities
Ability to model in-game economies with multiple currencies and
progression systems
Deep passion for games and understanding of successful live game
components
