Responsibilities:
--- Develop and implement strategic plans for property management aimed at increasing profitability and operational efficiency
--- Oversee property maintenance and ensure compliance with safety regulations across all properties
--- Manage a team of property managers and maintenance partners to guarantee smooth operations and high tenant satisfaction
--- Conduct weekly team meetings to ensure team accountability and high performance levels.
--- Use market insights and financial analysis to make informed decisions on property management accounts, leasing strategies, and pricing
--- Foster and maintain positive relationships with property owners, tenants, and vendors to create a harmonious and productive work environment

Qualifications:
