Job Description:
A company is looking for a Survey Ops Program Manager to
contribute to global listening strategy and improve platform
services through customer feedback.
Key Responsibilities
Own listening framework requirements and survey program
management
Manage survey vendor relationships and conduct voice of customer
analyses
Produce dashboards and analyses, presenting updates throughout the
survey lifecycle
Required Qualifications
BA required; MBA or equivalent experience preferred
6-10 years of experience in business analytics and customer
advocacy
Experience in support operations, hospitality, technology, or
startup environments ideal
Proficiency with tools such as G Suite, Medallia, Qualtrics, and
JIRA
Strong fluency with data and analytics, with SQL skills
preferred
