Purchasing Assistant - Great Company

Job Description:

Purchasing Assistant for the regional office in Riverside/ Moreno Valley. Need to have outstanding Administrative Assistant skills with Advanced Excel scores. Some purchasing experience is a plus but more importantly are organizational skills, communication skills, good follow through and positive attitude. Need to be good with being a purchasing assistant for many years. Company is a retail grocery company so this individual will be working with vendors and building relationships to coordinate the purchasing, logistics and handling any issues for the products. Will be putting together Excel spreadsheets and exporting data to reports. MUST have test scores of 90% or better on the Whole Excel test.


Will be traveling for training out of state for 2 weeks at a time and need to be flexible to travel.
